Aeneas' build is unexpected for a chief executive officer. He's well built and sculpted just as a male Viera should be. His torso is marred by scars that once held stories of fearsome and great hunts. Aeneas has a tendency to keep his hair quite long and permed to perfection. His most notable feature is perhaps his brilliant crimson eyes

I. Aeneas is not famous. The family name is only well-known around Ul'dah and maybe a few elite circles outside of it. I just wanted to get this out of the way!II. His two children are his own biological daughters. His wife (Elina) is an Elezen/Hyur hybrid, and the children were all born Hyur/Viera hybrid, though they do not carry the physical characteristics of a Viera.III. Elina and Aeneas are rumored to have affairs outside of their marriage but never publicly show disdain for one another.

backstory

"Typical."Typical is what Aeneas would call himself if asked about his past life as a Wood Warder. Prior to inheriting his honored title, he was a youth with a penchant for salve making and what Eorzeans know as 'conjury'. The young hunter earned his right to be a Wood Warder–arduous, brutal training brought him a myriad of combative experience in addition to honing his healing capabilities. Like any other Viera, he worshiped the Wood and carried out the Green Word, proudly protecting his beloved village.Outsiders are always enchanted by the Wood and its people. The Garlean Invasion brought little to no disruption among the Lesrekta people. A different threat emerged in the from of…a fellow Viera. A lost Ravan Warder from the Golmore Jungle found his way into the temperate foothills of the Skatay Mountain Range. Little did anyone know, the Rava was part of a larger network of criminal activity. Young and fresh Brynjar thought he was assisting someone in need, and perhaps a little allured by the Ravan Warder. In a vulnerable moment, he was restrained. Kidnapped. Stripped of his ability to hear Her Word.The undercurrent of the black market is strong. Not all was under Imperial rule at this time. Aeneas was bought into various types of work, some more unsavory than others. Protecting his healing arts with his life, he kept his talent close to his chest. Until that fateful day had come during an auction. Unbeknownst to Aeneas, he was soon bought out by a family named Santé for thirty million gil. Raphael Santé–the ruling patriarch, a former Ishgardian noble, thought this to be a viable business decision for the long run. A strange entanglement of messy contracts and obligations had begun and Aeneas would finally call himself…well, Aeneas.It was a given name by his benefactor. Due to the Viera's long lifespan, Aeneas was the best way to ensure their corporate operations would stay in business for a few more generations. However, Aeneas was far from the clever businessman that he is today. The investment in his education and social etiquette was heavy, after all, Aeneas needed to be a good fit to inherit Raphael's wealth. In time, Aeneas was arranged to wed Raphael's only daughter Elina Santé. The marriage produced two daughters. Unfortunately, Elina lost her life at a young age due to an incurable sickness, leaving Aeneas widowed. He continues to manage the family's finances while raising his two girls.Raphael is still alive but elderly and in bad health–he is not completely over the loss of his daughter. In efforts to replenish and retain the family's coffers, Aeneas continues to manage and consult all of the businesses underneath the Santé name.Emerald Elixirs is the name of the family's flagship business, based in Ul'dah. They create a wide variety of instant pain-killing salves, used as a temporary treatment for anyone out in the open world. The company famously provided free product to the less fortunate in an effort to gain brand recognition across Eorzea. They plan on expanding their business all around the star.
